ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL REGULAR CITY COUNCIL — DECEMBER 17, 2018 2 <br />3. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br />None. <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br />None. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />None. <br />6. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mayor Grant stated he would be calling a special closed meeting for Monday, October 21, 2019 <br />following the work session. <br />A discussion ensued regarding the proposed upcoming work session topics and whether to hold <br />the special closed meeting immediately following the work session or to recess the work session <br />and then resume following the closed meeting. <br />The Council agreed to recess the work session at 6:00 pm in order to conduct the special closed <br />meeting and would then reconvene to continue the work session thereafter. <br />Councilmember Holmes stated she would like the City to explore options for the City's <br />newspaper of record for 2020. She requested the City Clerk present information regarding the <br />options prior to the end of this year. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to adiourn.
