Also, Councilmember Steve Scott (via telephone) <br />Also present: City Administrator Dave Perrault; Finance Director Gayle Bauman; <br />Community Development Manager/City Planner Mike Mrosla; City Attorney Joel Jamnik; <br />City Clerk Julie Hanson; Sue Polka, WSB; and Attorneys Monte Mills, Samuel Clark and <br />John Baker, Green Espel <br />1. AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. Tobacco Litigation Discussion <br />The City Council received an update from Counsel Mills and Clark, and discussed tobacco litigation. <br />B. TCAAP Litigation Discussion <br />The City Council received an update from Counsel Baker and Clark and discussed TCAAP litigation. <br />2.
