Revenues and expenditures are <br />for City costs and future costs are not known at this time. <br />A budget amendment was done in 2014 to reclassify the City’s costs for infrastructure development under the JDA <br />into the TCAAP Capital Fund. An interfund loan was made in 2013 from the PIR to be paid back as the property <br />develops. <br />2020 BUDGET <br /> Fund # : <br />Activity # : <br />This fund was established to account for revenue and expenditure activity related to the City comprehensive re- <br />use planning at the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP) site as it relates to infrastructure and re-use. <br />1.
