The changes are primarily <br />due to recycling charges. <br />2020 BUDGET <br /> Fund # : <br />Activity # : <br />The City contracts with a private company to pick up recycling for residents within the City. The City of Arden <br />Hills participates in a Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey County to assist with funding the residential curbside <br />recycling program. The County Department of Property Taxation directly places a city recycling fee on residents’ <br />property tax statements. Ramsey County then collects the fees and distributes them to the City with the July and <br />December tax settlements.
