9. Once this IUP expires, any use of the existing building at 1901 Lake Valentine <br /> Road(PID 21302334005)other than cold storage will require an amendment to the <br /> approved PUD. Any changes made to the building for the storage use will require <br /> a building permit. <br /> 10. Any violation of the conditions of this Interim Use Permit may result in revocation <br /> of the permit. <br /> 11.
