'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2019-001 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION FINDING THAT A MODIFICATION TO THE <br /> DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> NO. 1 CONFORMS TO THE GENERAL PLANS FOR THE <br /> DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills (the "City") proposes to adopt a Modification to the <br /> Development Program for Development District No. 1 (the "Development Program Modification")to <br /> enlarge the boundaries of Development District No. 1 to include TCAAP and other property located <br /> north of Highway 96 and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 469.126, subd. 1 the City is required <br /> to consult with the Planning Commission prior to the enlargement of the Development District No. 1, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Development Program Modification to <br /> determine its conformity with the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City as <br /> described in the comprehensive plan for the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that the Development <br /> Program Modification conforms to the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the <br /> City as a whole. <br /> Dated: December 4, 2019 <br /> Planning Commission Vice Chair <br /> v" <br /> ATTEST: <br /> �j dl 0 tj, <br /> JulHanson, City Clerk <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />
