STAT. § 103G.291, SUBD. 1 AND 2, <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 9, 2019, Ordinance No. 2019-008 <br /> was adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br /> 2019-008, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br /> NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinance adopted by the City Council adding <br /> Section 1000.24 to Chapter 10 regulates nonessential water usage upon a gubernatorial <br /> determination of a critical water deficiency. The new section establishes water conservation <br /> restrictions,the effective date of the restrictions pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section <br /> 103G.291, and as required by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and applies to all <br /> customers of public water suppliers who own or control water use on any premises.
