APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. Public Inquiry Response from November 12, 2019 City Council Meeting <br /> City Administrator Perrault reviewed the response staff sent to a resident regarding the Met <br /> Council's affordable housing requirements for the City of Arden Hills.
