Should the city go out for RFP for a new recycling provider and include smaller events? <br />Cleanup Day Discussion: <br />Staff is looking for Council direction in regards to cleanup day. <br />Is Council interested in hosting a cleanup day in 2020? Note: The city would need to do an <br />RFP for a cleanup day contractor, as the current recycling contract with Republic Service <br />does not include such services. <br />2. Should the City bypass 2020 Cleanup day and add a cleanup day or similar event as part <br />of any new recycling contract RFP? <br />3. Should staff review potential lower cost alternatives to cleanup day? <br />a. Paper shedding events <br />b. Fix it clinic <br />c. Proper recycling training class <br />d.
