This property is zoned R-1, Single Family <br />Residential and is part of the Mounds View High School Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />1. Existing Site Conditions: <br />The City Council approved a Planned Unit Development for Mounds View High School in May <br />2019. The approved PUD allowed for additions to the existing high school building and allowed <br />multiple lots to be treated as a single development (see Figure 1). <br /> <br />When the original PUD application was submitted, the Applicant intended to use the existing <br />building at 1901 Lake Valentine Road for cold storage. A more intensive use of the building may <br />be proposed at a later date. As a result, the City Council included the following as a condition of <br />approval of the PUD: <br /> <br />7. Any use of the existing building on the on PID 21302334005 other than cold storage will <br />require an amendment to the approved PUD.
