No vehicles of any kind shall be parked or stored within the building while the IUP is in <br />effect. <br />6. The Interim Use Permit shall be in effect until 5:00 PM on October 1, 2020. <br />7. No extension of the IUP shall be permitted without City Council approval. The Applicant <br />is not entitled to an extension of this permit. <br />8. All weight room and classroom equipment must be removed from the facility by 5:00 PM <br />on Friday, October 2, 2020. <br />9. Once this IUP expires, any use of the existing building at 1901 Lake Valentine Road (PID <br />21302334005) other than cold storage will require an amendment to the approved PUD. <br />Any changes made to the building for the storage use will require a building permit. <br />10. Any violation of the conditions of this Interim Use Permit may result in revocation of the <br />permit. <br /> <br />Proposed Motion Language <br /> <br />1. Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 19- <br />014 for an Interim Use Permit at 1901 Lake Valentine Road, based on the findings of fact and <br />submitted plans, as amended by the conditions in the October 9, 2019, Report to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />2. Recommend Approval without Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />18-014 for an Interim Use Permit at 1901 Lake Valentine Road, based on the findings of fact <br />and submitted plans in the October 9, 2019, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 19-014 for an Interim <br />Use Permit at 1901 Lake Valentine Road, based on the following findings of fact: findings to <br />deny should specifically reference the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be <br />mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 19-014 for an Interim Use Permit at 1901 Lake Valentine <br />Road for the following reasons: a specific reason and/or information request should be <br />included with a motion to table. <br /> <br />Notice and Public Comments <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills-Shoreview Bulletin on September 25, 2019. Notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to property owners within 1000 feet of the subject property. Staff <br />has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regards to this planning case. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 16, 2019. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by November 15, 2019 (60
