Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Arden Hills hereby grants <br />an amendment to conditional use permit for the following use: Arden Shoreview Animal Hospital. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the property located at Subject Property 1261 County Road E West; <br />legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota (“subject <br />property"). <br /> 3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br />To be added following City Council. <br /> <br /> 4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the permit following a public hearing for violation <br />of the terms of this permit. <br /> 5. Lapse. If within one year of the issuance of this permit the allowed use has not been completed or <br />the use commenced, this permit shall lapse. <br /> 6. Criminal Penalty. Both the owner and any occupant of the subject property are responsible for <br />compliance with this conditional use permit. Violation of the terms of this conditional use permit is a criminal <br />misdemeanor. <br />
