All other standard benefits apply. <br /> Background <br /> The City currently has a vacancy for a Public Works Director/City Engineer, which is being filled on <br /> an interim basis by Todd Blomstrom of SEH. The current contract with SEH is set to expire on <br /> January 31, 2020; a conditional offer letter for employment with the City has been extended to Mr. <br /> Blomstrom pending Council approval. <br /> Budget Impact <br /> This position including salary and benefits is currently budgeted in 2020 at Grade 20 Step 5, or <br /> $142,269, the proposed offer including salary and benefits is for Grade 20 Step 9, or $160,181. This <br /> approval will also authorize the Finance Director to make any necessary budget adjustments <br /> reflecting the updated position. <br /> Attachments <br /> N/A <br />
