The firm’s investment in staff and client education supports a collaborative, <br />knowledge-driven, and inspiring environment that delivers results. <br /> <br />Staff for this project are primarily from WSB’s Environmental Investigation and <br />Remediation (EIR) Group, which is a part of the larger Environmental Planning and <br />Natural Resources (EPNR) group at WSB. The EIR group has 11 members today, <br />including over 100 years of collective consulting experience. The key personnel and <br />field staff dedicated for this project are Environmental Professionals from our <br />Minneapolis office. Our EIR staff have worked together for many years and are a highly <br />functioning team ready to perform all environmental tasks required by this project. <br /> <br />Qualifications <br /> <br />WSB’s EIR team has substantial experience providing environmental services to public <br />and private sector clients. WSB has partnered with numerous private firms, cities, and <br />counties across Minnesota to complete environmental investigations/assessments, <br />asbestos and regulated materials assessments and removal oversight, construction <br />monitoring, RAP/CCP implementation, and remediation projects for roadway <br />reconstruction projects. WSB is prequalified to perform various local/state <br />environmental work types including; MnDOT 5.41 (Contaminated Property Investigation), <br />MnDOT 19.1 (Asbestos and Regulated Waste Material Assessment & Removal <br />Oversight), and MnDOT 19.4 (Asbestos Containing Waste Material Management <br />Oversight); Hennepin County Environmental Property Assessment, Hennepin County <br />Asbestos, Lead Paint, and Regulated Building Materials Assessment and Removal <br />Oversight; MN Department of Administration Testing Services; and the MPCA Master <br />Contract for Petroleum Investigations. Additional project team qualification consists of <br />multiple Professional Geologists and Certified Hazardous Materials Managers. <br /> <br />Trusted Advisor <br /> <br />WSB is dedicated and experienced in working with contractors to ensure materials are <br />properly managed in compliance with local, state of Minnesota, and federal regulations. <br />We have established positive relationships with many MPCA and MDH staff members <br />who can be quickly engaged for projects with unique environmental circumstances.
