November 25, 2019,Regular City Council <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the November 18, 2019, City Council Work Session <br /> meeting minutes, November 20, 2019, Special City Council Work Session <br /> meeting minutes; and November 25, 2019, Regular City Council meeting <br /> minutes as presented. Motion to Approve Payment No. 3 — Pember Construction — Colleen Avenue <br /> Drainage Improvements <br /> Mayor Grant made one change to item 6F in that he removed Councilmember Holmes from the <br /> Communications Committee and stated that Councilmember Scott would serve on this committee <br /> along with Councilmember Holden. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
