<br />MEMO FROM CTV NORTH SUBURBS <br /> Meeting Date: 2/1820 <br /> Agenda Item No.: - <br /> <br />Item Description: CTV North Suburbs Presentation <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />BACKGROUND 1 <br />CTV North Suburbs is a nonprofit 501c3 organization assembled through a Joint Powers Authority 2 <br />with 9 partner cities: Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New 3 <br />Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, and St. Anthony. The cities receive services and additional value 4 <br />related to communications. 5 <br />The organization is mainly funded by PEG fees, which is a fee on the cable subscriber’s bill. Cities 6 <br />pay for additional services from CTV with franchise fees, which are also on the cable subscriber’s 7 <br />bill.
