APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Councilmember Holmes requested Item 6D be pulled from the Consent Calendar for discussion <br /> as Item 7A. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended.
