This program provides metro area <br /> counties and cities with the opportunity to apply for federal funding for transportation and <br /> infrastructure projects. The Regional Solicitation specifically provides funding to communities <br /> within the greater metro area for highway, road, transit and other transportation improvements. <br /> There are three modal categories within the Regional Solicitation program. A total of <br /> approximately $180 million in federal funds is anticipated to be available in this current <br /> solicitation for program years 2024 and 2025, as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> 1. Roadways and Multimodal Elements <br /> ■ Project Eligibility: Projects include traffic management, mobility, and bridge <br /> rehabilitation.
