Attachment A <br /> AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2020-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS,RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA, <br /> AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE ARDEN HILLS 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Arden Hills initiated an amendment to its <br /> Comprehensive Plan to allow an increase in the maximum permitted residential density; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 15,2020,the City Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br /> the proposed amendment; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has considered the proposed amendment and all public <br /> comments, and thereafter submitted its recommendations to the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved Resolution 2020-021 on April 27,2020 approving the <br /> amendment. <br /> NOW THERE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS,MINNESOTA,that the text amendment to the Arden Hills 2040 Comprehensive <br /> Plan is adopted and is effective as of the date of this resolution. <br /> ADOPTED this 27 h day of April 2020,by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> By: <br /> David Grant,Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Julie Hanson,City Clerk <br />
