<br />In total, the fund balances of the City’s governmental funds increased by $1,177,859 during the year
<br />ended December 31, 2019. The majority of the increase was in assigned fund balance in the Permanent
<br />Improvement Revolving Fund, due to revenues and transfers from other funds exceeding current year
<br />spending for street and trail projects.
