At the time of writing <br />this staff has not received any comments about the proposed variance request since May 6, 2020 <br />Planning Commission meeting. Comments received prior to Planning Commission are included <br />in attachment G. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />A public meeting notice was sent to residents on April 26, 2020. Pursuant to Minnesota State <br />Statute, the City must act on this request by June 24, 2020 (60 days), unless the City provides the <br />petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review period.
