Public Notice <br />A public notice was mailed to nearby property owners in advance of <br />the Planning Commission meeting on May 6th as per the Land use <br />Application Public Notification Policy on April 24th. A public notice was <br />mailed to nearby property owners on May 22nd in advance of the City <br />Council meeting. <br />Prior to the Planning Commission meeting on May 6th, city staff have <br />received two (2) comments about the variance request as it is <br />proposed. No comments have been received since the Planning <br />Commission meeting on May 6th
