In addition to placing the presentation on the city’s website, would the Council like the <br />address to be aired on Channel 16? <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />At its May 18 Work Session the Council chose to videotape an annual State of the City address, <br />due to the ongoing COVID-19 concerns. The Council asked staff to prepare a short, high-level <br />presentation for the Mayor. The presentation would be recorded by CTV and available on the city’s <br />website. <br /> <br />CTV provided a revised quote. For production at City Hall the cost is $235 and for an off-site <br />recording the cost would be $570. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />N/A <br />
