<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2012-017 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK COMPLETED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT FOR THE ELMER L. ANDERSEN MEMORIAL TRAIL CONNECTIONS <br />PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on February 22, 2010, <br />for the Elmer L. Andersen Memorial Trail Connections Project, American Liberty Construction, <br />Inc. of Rockford, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with this <br />contract; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br />MINNESOTA: That the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Administrator is hereby directed to issue a <br />proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />11th DAY OF JUNE, 2012. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_________________________________________ <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br />
