CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO RAMSEY COUNTY COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT NO. PUBW2017-09(R) <br />FOR COUNTY ROAD I (COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 3)/OLD HIGHWAY 8 <br />ROUNDABOUT AND EXTENSION OF OLD HIGHWAY 8 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is working on a project to construct the County <br />Road I/Old Highway 8 Roundabout and the Extension of Old Highway 8, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills will have some cost responsibility for the <br />construction, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />1. That the City of Arden Hills enter into Ramsey County Cooperative <br />Agreement No. PUBW2017-09(R) with the Ramsey County, for the following <br />purposes: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the City to the County of the City’s share of the <br />costs of the county Road I/Old Highway 8 Roundabout and the Old Highway 8 <br />Extension construction within the corporate City limits under State Project No. <br />6284-17. <br /> <br />2.
