City of Arden Hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Subd. 3 Roof Signs. <br />Subd. 4 Projecting signs. <br />Subd. 5 Noncompliant Signs. Any sign not constructed, wired, <br />assembled, attached or supported in conformance with applicable <br />building or other codes and regulations; <br />Subd. 6 Signs in the Right-of-way. Signs in the public right-of-way <br />except as provided for in Section 1250.03, by Minnesota Statutes, or <br />allowed by the agency regulating the right-of-way; <br />Subd. 7 Signs attached to public utility poles, trees, street signs, <br />stoplights, or fences; <br />Subd. 8 Permanent outdoor advertising sign, including billboards; <br />Subd. 9 Portable Signs.
