City of Arden Hills Chapter 12 Sign Code <br />Subd. 5 Adult Use Signs. In addition to this Chapter, all adult use <br />oriented signs shall comply with the sign requirements in the Adult Use <br />Ordinance. Where any provisions of this Chapter conflict with the <br />Adult Use Ordinance, the provision that is more stringent shall be <br />applied. <br />1240.03 Manual Changeable Message Sign. No more than thirty-five (35) <br />percent of the actual sign area of a permitted sign in a non-residential sign <br />district shall be capable of displaying manually changing messages. The <br />remainder of the sign area shall not have the capability to change messages <br />even if not used.
