<br /> 32 <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Freestanding Signs on Multi-tenant Buildings and <br />Properties. For freestanding signs, a multi-tenant parcel shall be <br />considered one parcel and freestanding signs shall be permitted in <br />accordance with Section 1240.02 Table 1. In the case of multiple <br />tenant sites, the permitted freestanding sign area shall be allocated by <br />the property owner among its tenants. <br /> <br />1250.02 Temporary On-premise Signs. Except as provided for in 1250.03, all <br />other temporary signs shall require an approved sign permit prior to placing <br />the sign and shall conform to the following: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Temporary Sign Permit Length. Temporary signs, including <br />portable signs, streamers, pennants, banners, balloons, inflatables or <br />other similar object with a commercial message, may be displayed on <br />three (3) occasions per calendar year with a maximum of ten (10) days <br />for each occasion. The three (3) occasions may be used consecutively <br />with one permit. Temporary sign permits are nontransferable to other <br />properties or establishments on the same property. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Single occupant parcels.
