box/grandstand signage shall not exceed eighty (80) square feet, and <br />scoreboard field naming signage shall not exceed forty (40) percent of <br />the total scoreboard area. <br />Subd. 2 Total Sign Area. The cumulative total of permanent <br />signage shall not exceed two hundred (200) square feet. <br />Subd. 3 Sign Permit Required. Since the signage would be <br />permanent in nature, the applicant shall be required to obtain a sign <br />permit approval prior to the installation of any new signage; at such <br />time the applicant shall demonstrate compliance with the provisions of <br />this section. <br />42 <br />
