CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESO'1!A <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />2008-002 <br />On the 10th day of March, 2008, the <br />Arden Hills City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2008-002, and by five <br />__-.._--------- <br />affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. <br />§412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a <br />summary of Ordinance 2008-002 be <br />published. <br />Chapter 12 and its subdivisions are <br />collectively known as, Ordinance 2008- <br />002, entitled "Sign Code The primary <br />purpose of the ordinance is to regulate <br />the number, size, type, location, and <br />illumination of signs within the City and <br />to ease in the enforcement of these <br />regulations. <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2008-002 is <br />available for inspection by any person <br />during regular business hours at the <br />office of the City Administrator, 1245 <br />West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112.
