AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. 2020 State of the City Meeting <br /> City Administrator Perrault asked if in light of the COVID-19 concerns, Council would like to <br /> postpone or cancel the 2020 State of the City. <br /> Mayor Grant felt a high-level state of the city given by him could be videotaped and residents <br /> could view it on the City website. <br />
