We are very concerned about the <br /> property and what gets built there. We ask that the builder keep the houses in line with those <br /> surrounding the property. The contract builder who bought the property is indicating that they <br /> will need to build 4 homes in order for the project to be monetarily worthy. We are concerned <br /> that monetarily worthy may look like homes better suited on bigger lots. Four just seems too <br /> much and to grant a variance of narrower lots will probably mean the square footage will be <br /> made up with going up, especially when the southern three lots are not as deep due to the <br /> pond. <br /> Secondly, there are many mature trees on that property.
