SECTION III- COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES <br /> A. FEES. <br /> 1. The preceding Schedule of Fees shall apply for services provided through December 31,2020. <br /> Hourly rates may be adjusted by CONSULTANT, in consultation with CLIENT, on an annual <br /> basis thereafter to reflect reasonable changes in its operating costs. Adjusted rates will become <br /> effective on January I st of each subsequent year,upon written acceptance by CLIENT. <br /> 3. Rates and charges do not include sales tax.
