Public Notice and Comments <br /> A public hearing notice was published in the Pioneer Press on June 12th, 2020 in advance of the <br /> City Council public hearing. Notice and website update was prepared by the City and mailed to <br /> property owners within 1,000 feet of the subject property. No additional comments have been <br /> received since the June 3, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. Prior to the Planning Commission <br /> meeting staff received five (5) written comments (Attachment F). Staff has also received one (1) <br /> phone call from a resident on New Brighton Road inquiring about the projects timing and <br /> landscaping. <br /> Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on May 22, 2020. <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by July 22, 2020 (60 days), <br /> unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review period. <br /> With consent of the Applicant, the City may extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> NA <br /> Attachments <br /> A.
