No services were performed to evaluate subsurface environmental <br />conditions. <br /> <br />WSB has not performed any observations, investigations, studies or testing that is not specifically listed in <br />the scope of service. WSB shall not be liable for failing to discover any condition whose discovery <br />required the performance of services not authorized by the Agreement.
