ORDINANCE NO. 2020-002 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br /> ZONING CODE, SUBSECTION 1305.04 AND <br /> SUBSECTION 1325.06 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13 - Zoning Code, Section 1305 —Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br /> Definitions, subsection 1305.04—Definitions,is hereby amended by adding the definition of"Call <br /> Center" as follows: <br /> 1305.04 Definitions. <br /> (revised 07/27/20) <br /> Call Center. An office for providing incoming and outgoing telephone and <br /> computer services customer service technical service or telemarketing activities through <br /> electronic communications. (added 7/27/20) <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 13 - Zoning Code, Section 1325—General Regulations, subsection <br /> 1325.06—Requirements for Parking, Loading and Circulation, is hereby amended by adding the <br /> reference to "Call Center" in subparagraph J., Off Street Parking Spaces Required, as follows: <br /> 132.5.06 Requirements for Parking,Loading and Circulation. <br /> (revised 7/27/20) <br /> J. Off Street Parking Spaces Required: <br /> Use Required No. of Spaces <br /> Call Center 1 for each 150 sq. ft. of gross floor area <br /> SECTION 3.
