ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – September 5, 2018 6 <br /> <br />Senior Engineering Technician and approved a gate valve replacement. The donation was pulled <br />from the consent agenda to publically thank Michael and Mary Remmer. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott reported the Planning Commission had a vacancy at this time and <br />encouraged residents interested in serving to contact City Hall for further information. <br /> <br />Councilmember Scott provided the Commission with an update on TCAAP and the most recent <br />JDA meeting noting there were several tension points the JDA would have to work through on <br />the preliminary MDA. He discussed how the TCAAP site would be sold to the developer <br />through phases. <br /> <br />C. Planning Commission Comments and Requests <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Lambeth moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />September 5, 2018, Planning Commission Meeting at 7:19 p.m. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br />
