APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: The agenda was unanimously approved by the Committee, with items 4E and 4F <br />added. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. November 19, 2019 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: The minutes were approved by the Committee. <br /> <br />3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Discussion revolved around the new Ramsey County Commissioner, and possibilities for a new <br />PTRC Committee Chair or Vice-Chair(s). Chair Straumann was elected to serve another year. <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Donations <br /> <br />Staff Liaison Knoll said that along with the list of business that will be receiving the donation <br />letter, the Recreation Programmer will be sending donation letters for the new adult egg hunt. <br />
