Records Review <br /> <br />5.1 Regulatory Database Review <br /> <br />A Federal and State database records review was conducted by ERIS, a commercial regulatory <br />database service provider. An ERIS Database Report was generated for the Project Corridor on <br />February 11, 2020. This report was used to identify known spills, leaks or releases and storage <br />of hazardous substances and petroleum products at the Project Corridor, adjacent sites, and <br />surrounding area. A copy of the ERIS report is included as Appendix C. <br /> <br />The Federal and State regulatory agency databases were reviewed based on minimum search <br />distances consistent with the ASTM E1527-13 Standard Practice. The ERIS Report includes <br />descriptions of the databases examined and radius maps showing the locations of the sites <br />identified. <br /> <br />Project Corridor Listings <br /> <br />The Project Corridor was determined to be associated with five (5) database listings. The listings <br />are associated with three (3) sites at the Project Corridor. Details related to the database listings <br />are included in Appendix C. The following Project Corridor listings were identified: <br /> <br />Site 8 – Arden Hills Force Main, Lake Johanna Blvd and County Rd E <br /> <br />· Historical Spills (HIST SPL) – 1 listing <br />o Unknown quantity of sewage/wastewater was released from a broken sewer <br />pipe. Reported and closed on 10/12/2000. <br /> <br />Site 11 – Xcel Energy, 3265 Snelling Ave N <br /> <br />· HIST SPL – 1 listing <br />o Approximately one gallon of mineral oil released on the side of a transformer due <br />to thunderstorms. Transformer was replaced immediately. Spill reported and <br />closed on 7/19/2010. <br />· SPILLS – 1 listing <br />o Same information included under the HIST SPL listing above. <br /> <br />Site 13 – First Student Bus Accident / First Student-Arden Hills, 3260 Snelling Ave N <br /> <br />· HIST SPL – 1 listing <br />o Bus rollover crash resulting in the release of 12 gallons of engine oil and anti- <br />freeze. No diesel was released. Spill reported and closed on 4/5/2004. <br />· SPILLS – 1 listing <br />o Same information included in the HIST SPL listing above. <br /> <br />No Property listings were determined to be RECs. <br /> <br />Adjacent Site Listings <br /> <br />Eight (8) listings were determined to be for sites located immediately adjacent to the Project <br />Corridor. The listings are associated with four (4) sites. The following adjacent site listings were <br />identified: <br /> <br />Site 1 – Polansky Trucking, 3434 Snelling Ave N <br /> <br />· Unpermitted Dump (UNPERMITTED LF) – 1 listing
