The Community Mixed Use (CMU) land use category allows for densities of twelve (12) <br />to 20 units per acre. The Applicant is requesting that memory care units not be calculated <br />as .5 or half a unit. Below are potential options for Council to consider. <br />a. Require the Applicant conform to the 20 units per acres. <br />b. Amend the B2 zoning district language to consider memory care/assisted living <br />units as half units. <br />2. Minimum lot area per unit. <br />3. Building height flexibility. <br />4. Other items as determined by Council. <br />Budget Impact <br />NA
