Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 20- <br /> 004 for a variance at 1741 Venus Avenue,based on the findings of fact and the submitted <br /> plans in August 10, 2020,Report to the City Council. <br /> 3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 20-004 for a variance at <br /> 1741 Venus Avenue,based on the following findings of fact:findings to deny should <br /> specifically reference the reasons for denial. <br /> 4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 20-004 for a variance at 1741 Venus Avenue: a <br /> specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br /> Deadline for Amu Actions <br /> The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on April 26, 2020. <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by June 25, 2020 (60 days), <br /> unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review period. <br /> The City submitted an extension for an additional 60 days beginning June 25, 2020 that would end <br /> no later than August 24, 2020. The extension was due to the City Council's motion to table the <br /> variance request at their May 26, 2020 meeting to allow the applicant time to revise the plans to <br /> include existing City Ordinance front porch standards prior to the expiration of the initial 60 days. <br /> With consent of the Applicant, the City may extend the review period beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> Budget Impact: <br /> NA <br /> Attachments <br /> A.
