10. If the business is not already registered as part of the City's Business Registration <br /> program, a completed registration must be submitted prior to funding disbursement. <br /> 11. Signature of owner and/or managing partner(s). <br /> 12. Fully completed and signed applications along with required documents. <br /> 13. Upon submission of application, applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of <br /> application. <br /> 14. The application will be reviewed for eligibility upon receipt. If additional information or <br /> documentation is necessary, staff will contact the applicant. All applicants will be given <br /> one (1) week after being contacted to submit any additional information. <br /> 15. Funds for grants will be distributed on a first-come, first-considered/awarded basis. <br /> Applications will be accepted until September 15, 2020 or when all general grant funds <br /> are fully committed. Each general grant application will be considered independently in <br /> the order received until funding is expended. Once all available funding has been <br /> expended, any remaining eligible applications not receiving funding will be held and <br /> considered if future funding rounds become available. <br /> 4 <br />
