The Subject Property is zoned in the R-2, <br /> Single and Two Family Residential District and is guided as Low Density Residential in the Land <br /> Use Plan. The Minor Subdivision is requested to allow for the subdivision of a single parcel located <br /> at 3235 Lexington Avenue into two (2) conforming parcels (Parcel A and Parcel B) as shown <br /> below.
