-A DEN_HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON JERROLD AVENUE, EDGEWATER AVENUE, <br /> GLENPAUL AVENUE AND PRIOR AVENUE NORTH <br /> August 28, 2020 <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Arden Hills City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, <br /> September 14, 2020 to conduct a public hearing on whether to undertake the proposed street and <br /> utility improvement project, pursuant to Minnesota State Statutes Chapter 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> Due to the state of emergency caused by the pandemic, and pursuant to the Mayoral determination <br /> dated March 20, 2020, the hearing will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Participation in the <br /> hearing will be possible either by phone or computer connection. <br /> To join the meeting via computer, please access via this link <br /> https://us02web.zoom.us/i/85706614303 <br /> To join the meeting via telephone, please call 1-312-626-6799 and enter meeting ID 857 0661 <br /> 4303. <br /> The proposed improvements include street and utility reconstruction, consisting of removal of the <br /> existing bituminous pavement, subgrade correction, addition of concrete curb and gutter, water <br /> main replacement, sanitary sewer repairs, storm sewer installation and new bituminous pavement <br /> along: <br /> ■ Jerrold Avenue from New Brighton Road to 335 feet west of Prior Avenue <br /> ■ Glenpaul Avenue from New Brighton Road to Cleveland Avenue <br /> ■ Prior Avenue from County Road D to 160 feet north of Jerrold Avenue <br /> The proposed improvements include full depth reclamation of the existing bituminous pavement, <br /> concrete curb and gutter repairs, water main and sanitary sewer repairs, and storm sewer <br /> improvements along: <br /> ■ Jerrold Avenue from 335 feet west of Prior Avenue to west cul-de-sac <br /> ■ Edgewater Avenue from New Brighton Road to west cul-de-sac <br /> The feasibility study also investigated potential street improvements along Lake Valentine Road <br /> from Snelling Avenue North (CSAH 76) to Mounds View High School and recommends these <br /> street improvements be rescheduled for the year 2028. The City's Public Works Department <br /> would complete routine surface repairs to address pavement condition issues during the interim <br /> period.
