The amount available based on the <br /> 2019 audit is approximately $478,000. The intent of the policy is to utilize the funds for one-time, <br /> non-operating items. Staff is proposing to transfer $341,000 to the Public Safety Capital Fund to <br /> cover the cost of the land purchase and access road for the future Lake Johanna Fire Station and <br /> transfer up to $137,000 to the PIR Fund.
