The application for the proposed Variance received two (2) votes in favor (where State law <br /> requires three affirmative votes), and consequently Variance was denied because it was not <br /> consistent with the general purposes and intent of the zoning ordinance. The City Council directed <br /> the City Attorney to prepare formal findings for review and approval by the Council at a future <br /> regular meeting. The City Attorney has completed the Findings of Fact and Decision document, <br /> which is included in Attachment A. <br /> Attachments <br /> A.
