6. CHANGES IN OFFICIAL CONTROLS. Not Applicable. <br /> 7. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The plat or property shall be developed in accordance with <br /> the following draft plans("Plans")dated July 27,2020,city plan review comments provided on August 27, <br /> 2020,and subsequent city plan review comments prior to approval. The Plans shall not be attached to this <br /> Agreement. The Plans may be prepared, subject to City approval,after entering the Agreement,but before <br /> commencement of any work in the plat or on the property. The erosion control plan may also be approved <br /> by the Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District. If the Plans vary from the written terms of this <br /> Agreement,the approved plans shall control.
