Page 2 of 2 <br />Proposed Language <br />City Code Section 660.05, Subd. 8 - Refuse and recycling containers from single-family <br />dwellings shall be placed at their assigned collection location the end of the driveway or curbside <br />after 6:00 p.m. the night before, or anytime on the day of collection. Waste containers shall not <br />be placed within any public right-of-way.
