CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. On the 24th day of February, 2020, the Arden Hills <br />City Council approved a amended planned unit development a condition that the Developer enter into this <br />Contract, furnish the security required by it. <br /> <br />3. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION. <br />On the 5th day of June, 2019, the City Planning Commission reviewed the application at a public hearing <br />and after considering the application, the reports and comments of the City’s staff and consultants, reports <br />and comments of the Developer, and other public comments; and, subject to conditions, recommended <br />approval of the Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Site Plan Review. <br /> <br />4.
