All permanent easements and rights-of-way (ROW) necessary for existing street and <br />utility improvements shall be granted to the City at no cost or paid for by the <br />Developer. <br />4. The Developer shall be financially responsible for 100 percent of all storm sewer, <br />sanitary sewer and water main area and connection charges applicable to the <br />property. These charges are identified in a preliminary report prepared for the project <br />and shall be in the Development Agreement. <br />5. Final Plat approval shall expire six months from the date of the City Council approval <br />unless the Final Plat has recorded with Ramsey County or a time extension granted by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />2. Approval without Conditions: Motion to approve the Final Plat for Planning Case 20-018 at <br />3246 New Brighton Road, based on the findings of fact and the submitted materials. <br />3. Denial: Motion to deny Planning Case 20-018 for a Final Plat request at 3246 New Brighton <br />Road, based on the following findings of fact: findings to deny should specifically reference <br />the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 20-018 for a Final Plat request at 3246 New Brighton <br />Road request for the following reasons: a specific reason and/or information request should <br />be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 28th, 2020. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by October 27th, 2020 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
